When you first access Kanopy, you'll be prompted to sign in with your net ID (HC#) and password.
You can opt to create a Kanopy account to create a watchlist or playlist, and pause films to come back to later. You do not need to create a Kanopy account to watch films or browse Kanopy.

How to fix common issues

- Clearing your cache, trying incognito mode, or trying a different browser or device will often help.
- As a last resort, click on Advanced on the error page and opt to proceed to the website.
